Update

This form supports adding, removing and changing each node of the tree. The '+' and '-' boxes are used to show nodes containing more entries. Clicking on the '+' will expand the node to show its contents and clicking on '-' will hide a nodes contents. When adding new nodes, a prompt asking for proper placement is displayed.
